When uploading a spreadsheet of contacts into SourceWhale, you will need to map your Spreadsheet / CSV columns to the correct SourceWhale variables. If a spreadsheet is uploaded with the same column names and format, you will be able to select a pre-saved mapped setting for a faster workflow.

Follow along below to learn how to save spreadsheet mapping settings!

Saving the Spreadsheet / CSV Mapping Settings

Step 1

After uploading a spreadsheet into SourceWhale, match the Spreadsheet / CSV column headers (left side) to the correct SourceWhale variables (right side).

Step 2

After the column headers are properly mapped, click on the Save Mapping icon.

Step 3

Enter a name for the mapped settings and click the Save Mapping button.

Using the Pre-Saved Spreadsheet / CSV Mapping Settings

Step 1

To use the pre-saved Spreadsheet / CSV mapping settings, upload your spreadsheet and click the Load Mapping button.

Step 2

Select the pre-saved mapping settings you would like to use and click Load Mapping.
