Setting up the ZoomInfo integration

This article describes how to set up your ZoomInfo integrations on SourceWhale.

In order to set up your ZoomInfo integration on SourceWhale simply follow these steps below ⬇️

Note: In order to obtain an API Key, Zoominfo requires an Enterprise account license.


Step 1

Navigate to your initials/image in the bottom left-hand corner > Select Integrations from the dropdown menu > Search for ZoomInfo in the search bar.

Step 2

Please contact your ZoomInfo account manager and obtain your Username, Client ID, and private key and enter it here.

Notes:

  • When pasting the private key, include the "BEGIN PRIVATE KEY" and "END PRIVATE KEY" lines.

  • You will need to have an enterprise account with ZoomInfo in order to obtain an API Key.

  • If you are receiving an error, please try to paste it into a plain text application and then pasting it into the box below

Step 3

Click activate.

When the integration is active, you will see a green connected box appear on the right-hand side of the ZoomInfo logo.

You are now ready to start using your ZoomInfo Integration.
