Use this feature to find email addresses or phone numbers for contacts who you did not initially find contact information for when you added them to your SourceWhale campaign or contacts.
Enriching existing contacts is simple, please follow the steps below!
Enriching contacts on the contacts page
Step 1
Navigate to the contacts page.
Step 2
Search for the contact, contacts or company you wish to find contact information for.
Step 3
Select an individual contact by clicking on the contact.
Or select all contacts on that page.
Step 4
Once the contact or contacts have been selected, click 'Actions'.
Step 5
If you want to find their email address, click 'Enrich Emails'. If you want to find their phone number, click 'Enrich Phones'.
Step 6
You can pick which emails you would like to enrich for a particular person, such as work emails, personal emails or both.
Step 7
If a phone number is found, a blue phone icon will appear below the contact name. If an email address is found this will also appear below the contact name.
Step 8
Click the contact name and their phone number and email address will appear in the pop-up.
Enriching contacts on the campaign overview
Step 1
Navigate to a campaign and click 'overview'.
Step 2
Select the contacts you want to find contact information for.
Or select all contacts on that page.
Step 3
Once the contact or contacts have been selected, click 'Actions'.
Step 4
If you want to find their work or personal email addresses, click 'Enrich Emails' and select either 'Personal Emails', 'Work Emails' or if you would like to enrich both click the 'Both' option. If you want to find their phone number, click 'Enrich Phones'.
Step 5
If a phone number is found, a blue phone icon will appear below the contact name. If an email address is found this will also appear below the contact name.
Step 6
Click the contact name and their phone number and email address will appear in the pop-up.
Enrich Email Addresses and Phone Numbers in the To-do's Section
Step 1
Navigate to the To-do's page.
Step 2
Select a contact(s) on that page.
Step 3
Click on the Actions tab.
Step 3
Select either Enrich Emails or Enrich Phones.
